Community Minibus To WWT Welney
FREE minibus - Ely train station to WWT Welney
Days: Tuesdays and Saturdays *Note time changes for November below*
Cost: FREE, booking essential, does not include admission to WWT Welney.
Travel to WWT Welney Wetland Centre free of charge from Ely via FACT community minibus.
You will depart from Ely train station (11am or 12noon) via Oliver Cromwell's House (Ely Tourist Information Centre) arriving a WWT Welney 30 minutes later. You will then have about 3 hours 15minutes to explore WWT Welney Wetland centre before departing at either 2.45pm or 3.45pm for the return journey direct to Ely train station.
*PLEASE NOTE* Saturday travel - Greater Anglia are running bus replacement services, the FACT bus to Welney will collect from the bus bay near the pedestrian crossing. What3 words location - emperor.flush.bossy.
*NOVEMBER MINIBUS TIMES - we will be offering a 12noon pickup as above, but instead of an 11am pickup we will be offering a 1pm pick-up, returning to Ely train station for 4.45pm so that our afternoon swan feed can be enjoyed by visitors.
A single fixed wheelchair can be accommodated - please select the wheelchair user ticket and get in touch with the centre if you have any questions.
Entry to the Visitor centre for the cafe and gift shop is free. The trails and hides require WWT membership or admission ticket/s.
10% off purchases in our gift shop* and cafe when you show your minibus ticket.

Tickets to be booked by 12noon the previous day.
