As part of this, The Bee Centre will be joining us and giving a talk on 'Honeybees and honey'
Raw honey is a delicious, nutritious food with amazing health benefits. This talk will explore what honey is, how it is made (by honeybees and other insects), why it is important to the bees and the incredible health benefits it provides them and us. We will also look at the issues surrounding fake honey and how to identify and source real honey.
This talk is free to attend, however admission prices apply for Martin Mere, with members entering for free.
