Birding for Beginners (Slimbridge)
Get to grips with birdwatching with the help of one of our experienced reserve wardens. Learn how to make the most of your equipment, discover where to look for what, and start working on your identification skills while taking in the views. Perfect for those who are new to birding, or just need a refresher! Tour of the hides followed by a breakfast roll in the Kingfisher Kitchen.
Warm clothing, waterproofs and boots or wellies needed.
Time: December-February: 8:30am to 10:30am. March-November: 8:00am to 10:30am.
Cost: £30 per person (guided birding event & breakfast roll only - if you're not a WWT member and would like to enjoy the centre after the session please book admission separately, either in advance or on the day).
